Authority outside the model.
Reasoning proposes. Independent policy decides whether an action may execute.
INDEPENDENT AUTHORITY FOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCEAI-enabled enterprise middleware that connects your existing platforms and governs how your chosen AI co-workers act across them.
Your systems. Your AI. Your authority.
Choose your models. Keep enterprise authority.

GOVERNED PLATFORM CAPABILITIESOne harness connects platform-to-platform. Multiple agents and models use governed capabilities with independent identity, role, permission, policy, and approval checks at action time.
Your chosen AI co-workers can use authorized capabilities across enterprise systems, collaborate with specialists, and propose the next action. RiVT provides the shared harness and independently governs execution through its controlled paths.
Investigate a customer issue across permitted records and service metrics, bring in specialist insight, and propose a resolution. Each action still requires its own authority.
Illustrative use case; available capabilities depend on supported connectors and platform APIs.
Reasoning proposes. Independent policy decides whether an action may execute.
Authorization binds to the exact action. Changed arguments and reused approvals are rejected.
Auditable evidence links identity, policy, approval, and execution. The prototype uses signed, linked records.
Core behaviors demonstrated in the founder’s working prototype. Production hardening and customer validation are underway.
A finance colleague asks their AI coworker to review a vendor invoice and prepare the payment.
“Review invoice INV-2048 and prepare the $4,850 payment to the account ending 2241. Ask for approval before paying.”
The AI translates that request into proposed actions, starting with an invoice read. RiVT checks each action independently: reading may be allowed, payment requires exact-action approval, and unrelated or altered actions remain outside that authority.
The visualization also probes prohibited deletion, a changed amount, and replayed approval to illustrate the boundary.
Your AI can propose any action. RiVT independently determines which actions may execute.
Enforcement applies to actions routed through RiVT’s governed execution paths.
Illustrative product visualization. No live systems or money are involved.
“Prepare the invoice payment.”
The proposed action must pass the authority boundary.
A model can propose an action. It cannot grant itself permission.
Choose your models, systems, and use cases. RiVT is designed to give local and cloud AI co-workers governed access across enterprise platforms, with identities, roles, permissions, policies, and approvals controlled by your administrators.
Deployment is designed around your environment, with an initial appliance approach and customer-hosted software a potential option. Available capabilities depend on supported connectors and platform APIs; compatibility is validated per deployment.
Industry disclosures and reported incidents.
Examples of the risk, not RiVT results.
Anthropic reported disrupting an espionage campaign that used Claude Code across parts of the attack workflow. The account reflects Anthropic’s investigation and attribution.
EchoLeak demonstrated a zero-click prompt injection chain in Microsoft 365 Copilot that could expose data through a crafted email. The vulnerability was patched before public disclosure.
Curated selection, reviewed October 7, 2026. RiVT has not been tested against these cases.
